How Do I Place An Order On Exception Market?

Ordering on Exception Market is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the “Add to cart” and then click the bag button in the upper right corner to proceed to the checkout. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when you will be asked for your credit card information.

I just placed an order. When will it ship?
We work with suppliers worldwide to source quality products that ship quickly and arrive in perfect condition. Please allow 4-7 days for your order to ship. Average delivery time: 14 - 21 days. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at: info@exceptionmkt.com.

I am not in love with my order. Can it be returned? 
If you receive your order and it's damaged, defective, or you simply aren't in love with it, let us know! We will offer a refund or replace your product at no charge to you - whichever you prefer. To start the refund process, send us an email  with your full name and order number (info@exceptionmkt.com.) 

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty via your order confirmation email. To cancel it yourself, you must cancel your order before it ships. Otherwise, reach out to info@exceptionmkt.com to cancel your order and receive a refund. 

I have entered an incorrect address - what do I do now?
Once you've confirmed the address given for delivery is incorrect, notify us via email at info@exceptionmkt.com. We can usually correct any errors within 24 hours of submission. After that point, we will need to cancel the order and resubmit. 

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary, as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 15-25 business days.

How Do I Apply My Discount Code?

On the checkout page, enter your discount code under the 'Discount' field. Please note that only one discount can be applied per order, and each discount has one use per customer.
